MANAGEMENT STRUCTURE
Resource Development Institute is a non-profit organization that operates under a participatory management philosophy known as stewardship as described by Peter Block in his publication Stewardship: Choosing service over self-interest. As stewards, Resource Development Institute takes personal responsibility for professional development, the expansion of strong client relations and the safeguarding of a healthy and productive work atmosphere. RDI employees contribute to organizational policy development and related implementation and monitoring. RDI believes this approach, which is based on the values of shared management, team-work, and open communication, fosters a highly committed and conscientious staff dedicated to the provision of high-quality research services and products.
The day-to-day management of Resource Development Institute is overseen by an Executive Director, Associate Director and Management Team consisting of Project Directors. Members of this Executive Management Group are responsible for responding to company issues, providing a forum for conflict resolution, and general management of the agency.
The general management of Resource Development Institute is overseen by a Board of Directors.
